Cliche, cont.

As I was saying before, I'm stuck in a situation where two of my wishes were granted at the same time. Two women who, at different times I developed very strong feelings for, have both re-entered my life recently. For the sake of privacy, I will refer to them as S and T.

Chronologically I met S first, she was a friend of my sister's when we were little. The first romantic contact we had was many years later however. It was brief as she was about to leave town. That's stage 1.

I met T a few years later. She wasn't nearly as impressed wth my charm as S, but she's a great girl anyway. Again, we made a beginning on romance but it was sojourned for a couple years.

This patchwork pattern continued for many years. I'd re-connect with S for a while, while I was disconnected from T, and vice versa. As of about a week ago I've had the pleasure of them both being in my life...and it's very challenging. I've never had to decide who was more impotant to me. I like to pride myself on understanding how I feel about any situation, but this time I'm stumped. To further complicate matter, neither feels for as I feel for her. It's a mess...

Cliches...

So, the saying goes, "Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it." Generally I didn't agree with this. I figured if I managed my wishes well, I'd never be in a situation where a wish coming true would be a problem. But it happened. The details of my situation will have to wait until I get home but it involves a woman, well...two women.
